WORRY-FREE HOLIDAY DELIVERY: We guarantee delivery before Christmas when your order is received on or before December 14. No pricing or sales slip is included with your gift sent to another address. However, orders sent to your address may include a catalog with prices.

PLEASE NOTE: From April through September, some items (such as chocolate) cannot be shipped 'Ground' due to warm weather. 'Next-Day-Air' shipping is available for an additional fee.

Substitutions
To meet the requested package arrival date, we may find it necessary to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

Guarantee
At Dakota Pride we guarantee each and every item that we pack in our boxes. If you aren't satisfied, call our customer service within seven days of receiving your order and we will take care of the problem. You are welcome to exchange any product for something different or take your refund as a gift certificate. We will gladly issue a refund with proof of purchase. Sorry, food is not returnable.

Customer Service / Returns
Call Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges. Shipping charges are refunded only if the fault is that of Dakota Pride. A gift certificate will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Food items cannot be returned. Please call 1-888-343-6347 with any questions or concerns.
